Our luxury air-conditioned villa is ideal for a two family holiday and with a sofa bed, it is possible to sleep a maximum of 10 people. The master and second bedroom each have queen beds and spacious en-suite facilities; they also have their own doors onto the pool area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs. Towels (including pool towels) and linen are provided. The kitchen and laundry areas are fully equipped with all the appliances that one would expect in a home of this calibre. There is a plasma tv in the lounge and cable to all TVs, a DVD player and music system in the lounge and telephone with free local and international calls. A wireless free internet connection is also available. There is a games room with pool table, table foosball and electronic darts. Enjoy a leisurely swim in your private heated pool any time and al fresco dining in the warm Florida evenings…The sun deck and pool is south facing and looks out to tree-lined pasture land, which means you have maximum sun all year round. There is a covered area to sit out of the sun if it gets too hot and its also a pleasant place to spend a balmy evening.

The villa is provided with linen, towels and pool towels. If cleaning is required during the stay, this can be provided at an additional charge. We have an answermachine telephone and offer free local and international calls (excluding mobiles). There is also a wireless free internet connection. There is a games room which has a pool table, foosball, air hockey and electronic darts. We have a high chair and cot which are available at no extra charge.

The villa is only 10 minutes to Disney and various other attractions. The Davenport area has many golf courses and is close to Champions Gate. 
 
About an hour to the East you will find the Kennedy Space Centre and the wonderful Atlantic beaches of Cocoa and Daytona. Drive west and within an hour's easy drive you can visit Busch Gardens or explore historic Tampa. Drive on further to find Clear Water and St Petersburg on the Gulf Coast with its wonderful warm waters, beautiful silver sand beaches and great fishing in the calm waters of the Caribbean. The string of safe intercostals waterways are great to explore when you rent a jet-ski or pontoon.
