Vacation Rental Description
Bedroom 1 - master suite, king-size bed, en-suite shower/bath, pool view.  
Bedroom 2 - double sofa-bed, en-suite shower over bath.  
Bedroom 3 and 4 - twin beds. Bathroom with shower over bath is between these rooms.  
Bedroom 5 - double bed, overlooking wetland preservation area. Pool shower room opposite.  
All bedrooms have cable T.V.  
 
Large, open plan kitchen, fully fitted, central island area and with all utensils provided. Breakfast bar with 4 bar stools and round kitchen table and four chairs.  
 
Generous sized utility room with sink, washer, dryer, iron/board. Towels/linen provided. Hairdryer provided.  
 
Tiled lounge area with large patio doors overlooking the pool. Double sofa bed, 2 chairs and coffee table.  
 
Tiled dining area with large dining table and 6 chairs. Access from inside the villa to large triple garage and pool table.  
 
Further main lounge area is carpeted, with 2-seater and 3-seater sofa and chair and large windows overlooking the pool. T.V, DVD and stereo.  
 
Rental includes wireless Internet connection and telephone for local/international calls.  
 
Rental of high-chair/cot or cleaning can be provided by the local management company at an additional charge.  
 
Disabled access - single level villa provides good access and pool has full sized walk-in steps (but please note there is NO hand rail).  
 
Large grassed area to side and front of property. Parking in front of triple garage.  
Private south-facing, larger than average (15ft x 30ft) pool, ranging from 3-6ft depth, fully screened, child safety screen and overlooking wetland preservation area. Covered lanai, patio furniture, BBQ. Pool heating available at an additional charge (£8/day).  
The wetland preservation is home to many species of wildlife and you are very likely to see turtles, eagles and blue herons.  
 
Villa accessed via junction 58 of Interstate I4. Close to Champions Gate and many superb golf courses and shopping malls. East coast approximately 1 hour away and a stay here can be combined with cruising from Port Canaveral. West coast, St Petersburg, approximate 1.5 hours away. Orlando International airport approximately 25-30 minutes away.  
 
Nearby garage selling fuel, basic food items and take-away food is a 10 minute walk along the path. Further shops, McDonalds, supermarket etc at nearby Champions Gate.  
 
Use of a car is recommended.  
 
Villa managed by local company.  
 
Sorry, no pets and we ask you to respect 'no smoking' within the villa.

    • Villa is situated in the sought after area of Davenport, which is close to all main attractions and just 10 minutes drive from Disney area. 192 attractions and International Drive just a short drive away. Cape Canaveral approximate 1 hour away.  
     
    There really is something for everyone to do here - shopping, theme parks, restaurants or just relaxing in the Florida sunshine. My family have been coming here regularly for many years and are never bored and we still find something new to do every time.
