The bright sunny kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table,
breakfast bar and seating. The amenities include oven range,
microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, coffeemaker, toaster and double
sink
with waste disposal plus many more home comforts for that special
evening meal with all your family.

The master bedroom has a king Sized bed with large walk-in closets,
cable TV and remote control alarm clock. There is also plenty of
drawer space. The delightful En-suite has a large walk-in shower and
a over-sized roman bath tub with a large double vanity unit with
plenty of cupboard space. The en-suite is also complete with hair
dryer.

The second double room has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, TV,
Radio alarm clock.

The Scooby Doo room really is one of the stars of the show! Great for the children, these villa is child friendly, we do not allowed smoking in the villa.


The home is conveniently located for all your shopping and restaurant needs, and Walt Disney World is just 5 minutes away. There are 8 golf courses also within 15 minutes drive of the home with Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, Champions Gate, & Celebration but to mention a few.


Community features; swimming pool, tennis & basketball courts, 440 acre fishing lake, stocked with Bass. Private 9 hole golf course with reasonable rates.

The villa is in a prime location and is maintained throughout to the highest standards by one of the best management companies in the area. The south facing rear aspect guarantees all day sunbathing (when the sun is out!) and few villas can offer this. We do not have fixed arrival and departure days; you can book with us to suit your travel arrangement. I'm the owner and I live in florida. Most owners are overseas, or in an other state. I frequently visit the villa, make everything is updated.

There is a brand new airconditioned installed for the warm days,and side by side washer and dryer. Yes. Two complete sets of bed linen are provided which should cover a two-week stay. There are plenty of towels for use at the villa but guests should bring their own towels to use at the beach or for the water parks. Towel rental is available at the water parks if preferred--- Statellite T.V and high speed internet, with twiter, spacebook, available on the t'v. 2 car garage to park your car. The kitchen is equipped with Stove, Oven, Diswasher, Frigerator and Utencils.
