Our new luxury villa is situated just off the US27 at Davenport. Bridgeford Crossing is a brand new gated community and development. Our Villa With over 3200sq.ft of living space, is a fantastic and beautiful house for the whole family to share. Bags of rooms for all ages. We have made every inch inviting, every whim is catered for and you will have the vacation of a life time in our home at Bridgeford Crossing. We extend a very warm welcome to all our guests and believe your stay in our home will be second to none and you will want to come back year after year. Florida is just such a great place to stay for all ages. Supermarket 5 mins, restaurants and English/Irish pub 7 mins. Disney 10 mins, Universal and Seaworld 20 mins and Orlando Airport just 35 mins. Championship Golf Course only minutes away. LEGOLAND IS NOW OPEN and.... Just 20 minute drive away.........
Facilities
This is a great house for families, lots of space, Two themed Childrens bedrooms, PS2, DVD/TV combi in bedrooms, baby equipment, including cot, highchair, stroller, baby monitor, bedding, linen, Feeding set, all free of charge. Child safety netting across pool (removable). There is also a selection of board games and DVD games for the whole family. Cable TV, 50" HDTV flat screen in family room,with HBO and with DVD/video, free internet access, CD/radio player, flat screen HD TV and DVD in all bedrooms too. Free international, national and local telephone. Our beautiful villa is fully air-conditioned/heated, situated on a brand new gated , All this and only 10 minutes from Disney exit on I4 and 35 minutes from Orlando international airport - home from home. We have an excellent management co. On hand 24/7 should you ever need them.
Activities
Coast/Beach
Bridgeford Crossing at Davenport is mid way between the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts. You will find it hard to choose which to visit so why not spend a day at each, both about an hour drive to Daytona Beach on the East Coast or Clearwater on the Gulf Coast. Why not enjoy the beach and watch the Space Shuttle Launch at Titusville. A once in a lifetime spectacular, Don't miss it!
Golf
Florida has some of the best golf courses in the world. With many golf courses nearby, you will be spoilt for choice. Highland Reserve and Champions Gate are just two of the championship courses in the area.

On the 192 ,approx 10 mins. there is every restaurant and food outlet you can think of, along with shops galore, crazy golf, helicopter rides, Dinner & shows and so much more.

NO HIDDEN EXTRAS ONE GREAT RATE FOR THE YEAR, NO INCREASES FOR SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, EASTER, CHRISTAMS. INCLUDES ALL TAXES AND CLEANING. Deposit (non refundable)of $300.00 per week or part of, when making a booking is required Pool Heat (recommended Oct - May) $25.00 per day. There is no Minimum stay but under 5 nights has a $100.00 supplement. There is a (refundable) $400.00 security payment due with final inv. This will be refunded within 21 days of your return and after our management co has inspected the villa Cancellation Charges: 56 days or more - deposit only 28-55 days - 50% within 28 days - 100% Cancellations must be in writing In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, ie the villa is uninhabitable or circumstances beyond our control, all monies will be repaid, However our management Co will seek to relocate you to a villa of similar or superior standard

WELCOME TO MY WORLD
Hello there, Well what to say, We bought our lovely Villa in December 2007, then spent all of January with the interior designers making sure everything we wnated for our guests was in place. Hope you like it !!!
It was 'Good to go' at the beginning of February 2008 with our very first family coming to stay in our 'home from home'
It is not just another rental home, It is our 2nd home and we love it..
Florida is such a great vacation area, whether you want frantic busy days at the abundant theme parks, Play great golf, take trips out to the Coast, East or West or maybe you just want to soak up the sun by your own pool, This is the place for you,
There are great restaurants nearby, along with fantastic Malls and shopping
facilities for every shopaholic needs.
We have spent some great vacation here with our family and with 4 daughters to please, we have never been short of things to do. Lots of smiling faces
all round. Thats a first !!!
Our great Management team is on hand 24/7 you look after our home when we are not there and whom we trust completely to spoil our guest as we would.
So.....come and stay, play and try our vacation home, you'll love it too
