Postcard Villa is an executive style, single storey, three bedroom/two bathroom fully air conditioned detached villa, with a private pool and Jacuzzi, located on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club, Davenport, Florida. 
 
The villa is beautifully furnished with many individual touches to create the feeling of a home-from-home. We want you to be comfortable during your stay in our villa. 
 
The fully-screened and heated, private pool and Jacuzzi face west, enjoying sun for the majority of the day, as well as the most spectacular sunsets. You can also peek out at the golfers on the 11th fairway. 
 
Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club is set within a conservation area and surrounded by orange groves and lovely countryside, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. 
 
The villa is close to the club house, community tennis courts, community pool and children’s play area. The villa is also close to the fabulous golf courses at Champions Gate and Reunion. 
 
The Theme Parks are only 12 minutes away by car. 
 
Our villa has three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living areas, fully-fitted modern kitchen, breakfast nook, and a formal dining area. The villa also has a large washing machine and tumble dryer for our guests to use. There is also a two car garage. 
 
The formal living and dining area is located to the front of the villa and also has a fireplace. The family room is furnished with TV and DVD player, with sliding glass doors leading out to the lanai and pool area. 
 
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, iron and ironing board. 
 
The master suite has a king-size bed, TV, and sliding glass doors out to the pool area. The en suite bathroom has corner bath and separate shower. 
 
Bedroom 2 has a queen-size double bed and TV.  
 
Bedroom 3 has two single beds. 
 
These bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom offering bath with shower over. 
 
Postcard Villa has a private screened swimming pool, with Jacuzzi, that can be heated if required. We recommend pool heating between the months of November to May at an additional cost, if required, of $100 per week. 
 
The pool area faces west, and enjoys sun for the majority of the day as well as the most spectacular sunsets. 
 
This is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the Theme Parks or on the golf course. 
 
During Holiday season 2009, prices increase to $1130 per week, and Holiday dates are as follows:

Christmas and New Year

Payment: Booking deposit 50%. Balance due 60 days prior to the date of occupancy. There is a $250 refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be refunded, net of any excess cleaning costs, replacement of lost keys, or repairs to any damage to the property or its contents. Please note damages are not limited to the security deposit amount. (Minor damage such as broken cups etc are not considered for this purpose.) Please report any breakage, however minor, to the owners so that the villa can be left in perfect condition for the next guest. Check In: 4pm local time. If you need to check-in earlier, arrangements must be made with the owners prior to arrival, assuming the villa is empty prior to your arrival. Check Out: 10am local time. Maximum Occupancy: The villa is licensed by the State of Florida for short-term lettings to accommodate a maximum of six (6) persons.
