This four bed roomed villa situated a few minutes from the 192 and 10 minutes away from DISNEY and all attractions: Disney World, Epcot & Kissimmee, MGM studios, Sea world, Circus World, Wet/n Wild & Daytona Beach and 90 minutes to the beaches of Tampa and St Petersburg. Kennedy Space Center is just 40 minutes east of Orlando and if you have never been there it's time to expand your universe and spend some time at this amazing attraction about space history and the future. You might even be in town for a shuttle launch. This luxury villa close to all attractions provides a perfect family holiday setting.The villa has all-day sun & backs onto dry pond the pool and large deck area are screened for your comfort.
The villa is equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining and sun loungers to enjoy the Florida sun. There are no properties backing on to this villa giving you more privacy.
For added safety there is a purpose made child safety screen which fits around the pool/spa should you wish to use it.

Property Refundable Bond We also require a £200($400) refundable security bond along with your balance due 8 weeks before you travel in case of breakage, loss or damage to/in the villa during your stay. A separate cheque of £200($400) or (€300) is required please. Your security deposit will be returned on your return, subject to confirmation with our management company that the villa and its contents are in the same condition as on your arrival. Any damage, breakage’s, excessive use of utilities and/or leaving the villa in such condition that warrants extra cleaning will be made good from your security deposit along with an administration charge. The party leader agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their party, during the occupation of the villa and confirms that the full cost of repair or replacement will be met.
