Entertainment center - a 27" color cable tv, playstation 2, stereo radio, DVD and VCR. Books, games and movies provided for your enjoyment.

Kitchen; Fully stocked with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener,all utensils. The kitchen table seats 4 w- additional seating for 2 at the snack bar. Wall phone.

Laundry Convenient laundry facilities with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board.

Formal Living area A comfortable area to relax. The living area is nicely furnished and the dining area has table seating for six. Great area for family dining and relaxing with a book!

Master Bedroom Spacious with King size bed,(U.K. Super King) color cable tv, telephone, alarm radio, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and ensuite bath. Very comfortable and spacious.

2 Bedroom Queen size bed (U.K. King) with spacious closet, color cable tv, alarm radio and ceiling fan.

3 Bedroom Twin beds with spacious closet, alarm radio and ceiling fan.

Lanai and Pool Area Wonderful area to relax either in or out of the sun! 10x24 covered screened lanai with ceiling fan, wet bar and patio furniture. Includes table with seating for 6 and 2 loungers. Pool heat is optional and a pool cover is provided for your use to help maintain the pools heat at night or when not in use. no charge for the pool cover.

Pool Safety Fence Safety fence provided.

Child accessories: crib, highchair, and stroller. All at no additional charge

Our Caretaker is on call 24 hours a day in the unlikely event you should encounter any problems.

Just wanted to drop you a few quick words to say thank-you for allowing us to stay at your vacation home in Davenport. Everyone had a perfect vacation & they absolutely loved the home. It was terrific having the pool heated & it got used every morning & evening. There was lots to do in the proximity of the home & I'm sure it helped make our vacation even more enjoyable.

JUNE 8, 2008 - We have returned from our very wonderful and relaxing vacation.

You have a beautiful home and it had everything we could have asked for and more. It made us feel right at home, you have taken care of and thought of everything to make our vacation stress free. My daughter loved the house as did we, she kept saying "mommy this is my favorite one". We made good use of the pool from morning 'till night. We just got back and we are already discussing next year, we are going to look at the weeks and let you know hopefully your home will be available for us to book again.
