This Bermuda style home is within 2 minutes walk of the Pool, Spa and Gymnasium area. The gated complex is extremely safe for children. There is parking space for 2 cars at the front of the house and, if you get fed up driving to the theme parks yourself, there is a transport service to some of the theme parks. The house is completely self contained with all mod cons including, washing machine, dryer, fully fitted kitchen, coffee machine etc, etc. Any further information about this lovely home will be forwarded at the time of booking. 
 
Accommodation 
 
Bedrooms: 
 
-There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor including master bedroom with king size bed and walk-in wardrobe it also has a safe for valuables etc. 
 
-There is a further bedroom with queen size bed on the ground floor. 
 
-There is also a bed settee in the lounge. 
 
Bathrooms: 
 
-The master bedroom and the ground floor bedroom have en-suite facilities with bath, shower and WC. 
 
-The twin rooms have one bathroom with bath, shower and WC. 
 
-There is also a WC with wash hand basin on the ground floor. 
 
Cleaning/towels/ 
linen/maid service: 
 
-Towels and linen are included in the home but there is NO maid service and it is cleaned only upon vacation. 
 
-Pool towels are available at the resort on a signature basis. There is no charge for this facility. 

-cooker, fridge, freezer with ice maker, coffee maker and all cutlery and crockery -hob/stove, oven, iron/ironing board, telephone, room fans, pool heating Utility Room: The utility room on the first floor contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Living Rooms: The lounge has a cable network TV with 97 channels. there is also a telephone for local, national and international calls.

Golf: 
 
Highlands Reserve golf course is literally across the road from regal Palms and there are at least 10 further courses within a radius of 15 miles. There are courses to suit all standards of golfer. Further information can be provided at the time of booking. 
 
**Nearly all Orlando attractions are within a 20 minutes drive of Regal Palms. 

• Travel Info: Use of a car is desirable but not essential. Orlando International Airport is approx. 40 minutes away and Sanford International is 65 minutes from the house.
