Vacation Rental Description
This 5 Star Executive vacation home is perfectly located in the exclusive Solana resort-style gated community, only a few miles from Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The villa offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is especially designed to provide the best vacation ever. We hope to exceed the requirements of the most exigent guest with a spacious open floor plan, an upgraded furniture package, kitchen with brand new appliances, as well as comfortable and luxurious pool lounges. 
 
The tastefully decorated Master Suite overlooks the pool and has a King size bed with memory foam mattress, a 19" LCD HDTV and a DVD player. The master en-suite bathroom has a huge garden tub and a walk-in shower with a hand held massaging shower head. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and hair curling iron, and leads into the walk-in wardrobes with ample hanging space. A pack-n-play baby bed is provided for your convenience. 
 
There is another master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattress, large dresser and mirror, and a flat panel HDTV and a DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in bath with overhead shower, vanity unit and a hair dryer.  
 
The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattress and a flat panel HDTV and a DVD player.  
 
The 2 kids bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and share a third bathroom with step-in tub with overhead shower, vanity unit and a hair dryer. 
 
In the den, there is a flip-flop sofa, a leather storage bench with 2 rocker chairs, as well as a 26" HDTV with a PlayStation 2 game console and 12 PS2 video games.  
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and utensils necessary, and a gas BBQ grill is available on the side of the pool deck.  
 
There is a computer with flat panel monitor on one of the kitchen counters, with free FIOS internet, and free wirelss is provided for the guests who prefer to bring their own laptops. 
 
There is a nice game room in the garage, which presents a 7' pool table, soft foam floors and a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing table, and for younger guests there is a stroller. 
 
After a full day in parks, relax in the heated sparkling pool or get a massage in the bubbling spa. There is a child security fence around the pool area and pool toys for everyone to enjoy. The south-west facing pool is enclosed in a net cage which keeps the insects at bay and allow you to sunbathe all day on the five recliner chairs with ottomans and a chaise padded by the most comfortable cushions. There are also two small tables for you to enjoy your drinks while using the pool area. The spa has the added advantage of a rapid heat facility for those evenings when a soak in the tub would round off a perfect day.
