The location is exceptionally peaceful and there is plenty of conservation land which means you can take fantastic moonlit walks or just take the kids to the local playground while you read a book or relax under a palm tree.

As you walk into our home you cannot fail to be impressed with the bright and airy feel. You’ll notice immediately that this home is different to most others in the general area with the luxurious furniture really standing out. There is plenty of comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa in this area with a large entertainment unit which includes a large screen cable TV with Cinema sound, DVD player and playstation II console and games. We have also supplied a selection of DVDs & boards games as well as books for everybody to enjoy. More movies and games can be rented from the local rental store at Champions Gate.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Disney is only a short 10 minute drive away with Seaworld only 15 minutes & Universal studios approximately 20 minutes away. There are ample restaurants and a supermarket within a short drive at Champions gate with many more restaurants only a few minutes further on the 192. The Gulf & Atlantic coasts can also be reached in approximately 1 hour

The entrance to Disney is only a 10-minute drive away from where you can get to MGM, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom and Epcot. If Sun bathing or just having fun splashing around in some of the stunning water parks is your thing then Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach can be reached easily from the main Disney entrance. Seaworld is only around 15 minutes away and Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are under 20 minutes away. The villa is within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches and 65 miles of Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast.

Within a few minutes drive, there are several championship quality Golf courses including Champions Gate which is a PGA quality course and where there is a world academy of Golf, Reunion with it's three PGA courses as well as restaurants, shops and a water park, Highlands Reserve and Suthern Dunes but to name a few.
