Our private luxury villa is located in the Loma Vista estate, 5 minutes from the Champions Gate Hotel and golf complex. It is close to all the popular activites, including many golf courses, shopping malls, and of course Disney World and Universal Orlando. We have been providing our home for vacation rental for 10 years and have built up a strong reputation for comfort and convenience - see the comments page on our website for testimonials!

    • 30ft screened pool with extended deck area and covered patio/relaxation area furnished with a bar and stools and 2 seater sofa while round the pool there is comfortable pool furniture. Well equipped kitchen with feature granite work surfaces, that includes dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board Large lounge with 3 sofas (one being a sofa bed), flat screen cable TV, HI-speed internet access, cordless telephone with answering machine. HI-Fi system, DVD with library of CDs and DVDs plus selection of books and games. Master bedroom with walk in closet, flat screen cable TV and large ensuite bathroom with his n hers wash basins with granite surfaces and, second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom also with granite surfaces and flat screen cable TV. 2 twin bedrooms with wall mounted flat screen TVs and third family bathroom.

    • Loma Vista Estate has it's own tennis court, and there are many golf clubs nearby - set of golf clubs provided for guest use. 
    Orlando International airport only 35 minutes away. 
    Many ahopping malls to choose from plus new site - Posner Park - just opened 5-10 minutes away south on Highway 27. 
    East or West coast only 1-1.5 hours away if you require a change of scenery. 
    Disney 10 minutes, Universal 25 minutes. 
    The Omni Hotel Resort is only 5 minutes away with a number of resturants and also a Spa offering massage, facials etc.
