A minimum deposit of fifty percent of the rental amount is due at the time of reservation for reservations made more than 8 weeks prior to the intended arrival date. For reservations made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival date the total amount is due at the time of booking. Payments are to be made by credit or debit cards using the online booking facility or by wire transfer to the US bank account designated on the reservation form or by checks mailed to the address provided on the booking form.

Additional charges include:
Cleaning fee for all bookings less than 7 days - $150
Management fee - 10% per day
Damage Liability Waiver - 3% day
Optional pool heating $40 per day if less than 7 days or $30 if more than 7 days required
Optional satelite navigator rental (UK renters only) - $5 per day
