Located in the beautiful Legacy Park and just 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World main gates, this 3,400 sq.ft stunning home is furnished to a superb standard and has been featured on CNBC's Great Escapes and other major US TV channels as a example of one of the finest vacation rental villas in the area!!

Features a stunning upgraded heated pool and spa with ample deck area including pool furniture. The pool has a safety handrail and is protected by a child safety fence.

Also included is a fully fitted games room including an 8ft slate bed pool table, 8ft air hockey table, electronic dart board, foosball table, a ball-pit for younger children, TV and PlayStation 2 with a selection of games. There are TVs and DVDs in all bedrooms and a 50-inchTV and DVD (including a selection of movies) in the family living room. You also have access to free high speed wireless broadband. Comfortably sleeps 12 people in absolute luxury and has to be seen to be believed.

We are certain you will be very happy and comfortable in our villa and we can provide you with genuine references from previous guests, many of which return time and time again.

We provide Welcome Grocery Packs in the villa for all stays over 7 nights or more, so you can relax on arrival with a lovely cup of English tea or a cold juice without having to find the local Wal-Mart imediately!

We are always available to our guests to answer any questions, by email or telephone, you may have before or during your holiday and have 2 staff located in the area to help guests while in Florida should they require anything. Our main aim is to ensure you have a great stay and leave wanting to come back!
