Our lovely villa sits on one of the largest corner lots in the community and features a large fully-tiled family room with Cable TV, Multi-region DVD and Video, several books, CD's and DVD's. Other facilities include telephone (with free calls throughout the US and Canada), fully equipped kitchen - with dishwasher, large oven/hob, Microwave and large fridge-freezer. The master suite has cable TV and a large luxury en-suite bathroom. There is a formal dining room, a breakfast area, another double bedroom and 3 twin-bedded rooms. There are 2 additional bathrooms, a games room (with Pool table/Table Soccer/PS2 and seating area), Desktop PC with free fast, fibre-optic internet access with WiFi and a huge 38 ft screened private heated pool - which has been fenced for privacy and security reasons. The living area should comfortably sit all the guests thereby ensuring that you can all watch TV/DVD at the same time should you desire. The pool area has a patio table, chairs and loungers and a gas BBQ - everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday with family or friends!

The villa also benefits from a secure 6 ft privacy fence at the rear thus ensuring that you can swim or sunbathe in absolute privacy unlike the majority of properties in Orlando.

The villa is located in 'The Palms' in Davenport - which is just off Highway 27 and less than a mile from the US-192. Within walking distance is a golf course, a lake (useful for boat rentals and fishing) and other recreational activities. There is a bank and shops a few minutes walk from the community. The property also benefits from being on a huge corner lot - one of the largest in the community. There is a community pool and other recreational facilities including tennis courts. Here, you are literally a few minutes from everything - H-192, I-4, Walmart, Publix, Reunion, Grandview Parking Shopping, Target, JC Penney, Champions Gate, etc - but still have the peace and quiet of a lovely, well-maintained community. Disney is less than 15 minutes away with Seaworld and Universal just further off the I4.

20% of the total rent due is required to complete the booking. The balance is due due 60 days before occupation. A refundable security/damage deposit of $200 is also required at the time of paying the final balance.

If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, the deposit will be non-refundable.
