More than another rental property, this is Gill & Mike's own holiday home, maintained to the highest standard by ourselves, when we are out there, and by the on-site team when we are not. 
 
Our luxury 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa is in Vista Park, a small and very up-market community close to Disney. From the rear upstairs balcony, you can see the fireworks in two Disney parks, 5 miles north, and the lights of Old Town in Kissimmee. The balcony is furnished, and has light and fans. All villas at Vista Park are privately owned. Entry is through a secure gate at the Management & security office.

Vista Park villas are 4 star rated by the Thomas Cook ‘Signature’ holiday brochure, and recommended by the AAA. Homes in Vista Park offer outstanding accommodation for the discerning traveller, with elegant decor and furnishings. 
 
Description of Bougainvillea Model C 
3,464 sq.ft. under air. Two master suites, each with jucuzzi baths: one on each floor, both masters have not only Jacuzzi baths , but in addition, separate double showers. 
One twin junior suite: one double bedroom and one twin, sharing jack & jill bathroom. The two rear bedrooms share the balcony affording the view of Disney 
 
Further full bathroom on the pool deck. Luxury kitchen with ice dispensing fridge/freezer, luxury microwave, halogen hob, dishwasher. Kitchen seats 2, breakfast room seats 8, formal dining room seats 8 more. Great room has TV, VCR, Hi Fi. All bedrooms have TVs . In total, there are 6 toilets, and 8 washbasins. Full laundry facilities in utility room. A Baby crib, stair gates and high chair are included, if required. 
 
Twin Air con systems ensure independence between first & second floors. 
Outside, there is a heated & pumped spa pool, with three fountains, under screen, full deck furniture, built in BBQ, 40 foot lanaii. Outside of the deck there is a 10’ by 40’ brick patio, for when the sun is low. 
 
Location 
 
Vista park resort is on Highway 27, one and a half miles south on highway 27, at it’s junction with the 192. South, there is a Publix store, just a mile or so away, heading south. North, there is a Walmart, again just a mile north on highway 27, heading towards Clermont.

    • Vista Park is a secluded site, and serene, but close to all major theme parks. There is a playground on site. The site entrance is on Florence Villa Grove Road, which lays between Highway 27 and the 192. Disney is off the 192. The area is Four Corners, so called because 4 counties, Polk, Orange, Osceola and Lake county all meet there. It is a metropolis of rental sites and shops. Restaurants locally include Cracker Barrel, Spice of India, Chinese, Italian, and of course there is a McDonalds. There are many golfing communities around, from very reasonable standards, to championship level. Shopping malls compete with each other for your trade, so there are many bargains
