Located in one of central Florida's newest master-planned retirement community, it features a corner lot with a screened lanai and spacious carport. Sunview Villa has a sumptuous master bedroom suite with a king size bed, two nightstands and a mirrored dressor with a TV. Large in size with plenty of room the suite offers a large soaking tub, dual countertop sinks and a separate water closet.  
 
The second bedroom is also very roomy and features a queen sized bed, one nightstand, a mirrored dressor and TV. The color schemes are light and offer a relaxing aura. The third bedroom is also very roomy and features two twin sized bed, one nightstand, a mirrored dressor and TV. The color schemes are light and offer a relaxing aura. The dining room is just off the large open kitchen. It features seating for six and the eat-in kitchen counter can accommodate seating for three.  
 
The spacious living room has a comfortable leather sofa and love seat, with a 40" Flat Screen TV and DVD player. The living room overlooks the open kitchen area and is perfect for entertaining. Still, you are always aware of all that water lurking off to the side of the fairways and sometimes beside and back of the greens. There are also 60 bunkers on Ridgewood Lakes (some built with coquina shells, which spices up the layout), and quite a few homes close enough to be identified as hazards.

During storm seasons we recommend renters take out travel insurance. Deposits: $250 damage deposit to hold reservation dates which automatically converts to refundable security deposit.
