Deposit: We require a 25% deposit to hold your dates. The balance payment is due 60 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing. The tenant is responsible for verifying that owner has received the cancellation letter. Written notification received more than 90 days in advance, 100% will be refunded, 60-89 days in advance, 50% will be refunded, 30-59 days in advance, 25% will be refunded, less than 30 days in advance, there will be no refund.
Payment: We accept personal checks and credit card payment though Paypal (additional 3% fee).
