Vacation Rental Description

Located on the prestigious developent of Highlands Reserve Golf Club, this 5 bedroomed home has everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, and yet is close to all the attractions, with it being only 10 to 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World and approx 25 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World
The house is just under 3000 sq ft in size, located over 2 floors. Downstairs features twin lounges, one quite intentionally without a TV for "quiet time". There is also a fully fitted kitchen, a breakfast area, and a more "formal" dining area. There is also a fully fitted utility room, with washer and dryer. Downstairs also features a queen size bedroom with its own facilities, which is ideal for those who may not want to climb stairs.
Patio doors lead out to the pool area, which features a 20ft x 12ft pool, which can be electrically heated.
Unlike a lot of homes, the pool itself is surrounded by an extended decked area, which gives an extended sunbathing area and also peace of mind that children can walk around the pool in safety. Importantly, the Pool is not backing on to another one.
Upstairs features a spacious Master Bedroom with its own en suite and walk in wardrobes. Also upstairs a three twin bedrooms sharing a third bathroom.
The house is looked after on our behalf by a Management Company who will ensure your stay is stress free and trouble free.

				High Season Price:	£550 per Week

The cost of the property varies between £450 and £550 per week depending on time of year. Deposit required on booking is £100, the balance being paid no less than 8 weeks prior to departure. In the event of cancellation being made before the final balance is paid, we will refund your deposit, provided we can re-let the property. If you cancel after having paid the final balance, your deposit will be forfeited, and we will refund to you the final balance minus the deposit. Payment methods are by cheque or by bankers draft or by Paypal
