This lovley villa has all you need for a wonderful holiday with Disney only ten minutes and Seaworld only 20 minutes drive. he villa comprises of the Master bedroom with king bed, Flat screen TV with cable, walk in wardrobe, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with Roman bath, overhead shower, WC and washbasin. 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, Flatscreen TV's with cable and a shared bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and washbasin. Downstairs with disability access is a master bedroom with queen bed, walk in wardrobe, flat screen TV with cable, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and washbasin. The lounge has 2 comfortable leather sofas, ceiling fan and flat screen TV with cable and DVD. The patio doors lead to a well manicured lawn. The dining area has a large table which comfortably seats 8 persons. The fully fittted kitchen is equipped with all the utensils required to cook and eat with. All appliances are included and comprise of a fridge/freezer with ice maker, range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The washing machine and separate dryer are located downstairs in a separate area off the lounge. Our manager is available to offer any help and advice as required.

The resort boasts a spa with gym, jacuzzi, Sauna and bookable beauty treatments. The outside has 2 pools, a hot tub, lazy river and slides with plenty of sunloungers to relax on. The pool complex is open until 11.30 pm daily Pool towels are supplied. The bar and restaurant offers a varied menu with hot and cold drinks. There is a tennis court for those who like to be active. A timed shuttle service to the theme parks is available. The nearby mall is around ten minutes walk and has a large Publix supermarket. The many restaurants cater for all tastes, shushi, pizza's, Chinese, Indian, steaks, seafood. The lively Appleby's restaurant has a happy hour and 2 for 1 meals.

Linen, towels, cot (no linen for cot as mothers tend to want their own) & high chair included. Local taxes included. A £100 non returnable deposit is required to secure the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before departure. There is a mandatory resort fee of ten dollars per villa (not person) per night charged on arrival. Please note that the charge is made by the resort and not ourselves.
