    Staying in a private family villa offers luxury accomm SEASON MONTHS 2009 2010 LOW JAN, FEB, MAR,MAY, JUNE 1st-15th , SEPT, NOV AND DEC £670/€700/$950 £670/€700/$950 MID APRIL, JUNE 15th-30th ,JULY, AUGUST, OCTOBER £770/€800/$1100 £770/€800/$1100 HIGH EASTER, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR £860/€900/$1250 £860/€900/$1250 For bookings of 6 days or less a cleaning surcharge of £80/€80/$110 applies. A deposit of £100/€150/$175 per week (Non-Refundable) is required to secure your booking. A security deposit (Refundable) of £200/€250/$300 taken with the final payment. This is refunded no later than 2 weeks after your return from your holiday. Pool heating is optional at £14//€16/$20 per night. Please let us know at the time of booking if this is required. Food Welcome Packs are available on request.
