We enjoyed our vacation greatly and were pleased with the accommodations. We have rented houses for the past several years at various locations in Kissimmee and Davenport and feel we have a good grasp on quality rental houses. Given we had a last minute deal on the price we were very pleased with the property. It offered a lot of space with multiple washrooms. The layout was great. The outdoor washroom was a very nice convenience as we had kids who always had to get out of the pool to use it. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. and overall well equipped. The north facing pool was not an issue as we liked the large amount of shade for our young children but the majority of the pool was still in the sun.

Property in good shape, cleaning job appears well done, carpet clean, very good condition. I was very pleased, overall everything was very good, I did not experience any problem.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a great visit in the Orlando area and the villa was a perfect place and Thank you for all of that!!! The house was clean and neat with all kinds of 'stuff' in the kitchen needed for a 5 day stay. Beds comfortable, plenty of chairs. Very easy access to Disney and Sea World. Publix only 2 minutes up the street with all the other stores in that plaza--that was a real bonus
