Vacation Rental Description
5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms villa on the Hampton Lakes Estate, Davenport, Florida. With own pool/jacuzzi. Overlooks small lake with ornamental fountain. Absolutelygreat watching the wildlife in and around the lake. The extended decking area around the pool attracts the sun from early morning until sunset.
The villa sleeps 10 comfortably. Easy access to the major theme parks, Disneyworld 11 miles.
Lounge with cable, 40" TV, VCR, DVD. High speed interent, wireless internet. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery. Breakfast nook with seating for 4. Dining area for formal eating with seating for 8. Utility room with washer and dryer. There is also an ironing board and iron.
Also located downstairs, 1st master bedroom with queen sized bedroom, en-suite bathroom with twin vanity unit, roman tub, shower cubicle, w.c. There is cable TV in this room.
2nd master bedroom with queen sized bed, en-suite has single vanity unit, w.c., shower cubicle. Cable tv.
3 Bedrooms located upstairs and serviced with a further bathroom which has single vanity unit, w.c., bath with overhead shower attachment. In each of the upstairs bedrooms there is cable tv.
3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed, there is also a crib in this room.
4th Bedroom has bunk beds and is ideal for the kiddies, there is also a games console which while away a few hours for the kiddies use.
5th bedroom has twin beds.
Games Room with pool table, table tennis, basketball game, foozeball.
Free USA telephone numbers, UK Landline telephone calls are free. Highspeed internet wifi access. You need to bring your own laptop.
We love our home and we want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do.
Air conditioning throughout except the games room. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and the two master bedrooms downstairs.
The estate amenities are: communal pool, basketball, tennis courts, volley ball, small kiddies play areas.
In probably less than five minutes in either direction onto the Highway 27, there are supermarkets, restaurants, pubs.
There are an abundance of golf courses, nearest approx. 3 minutes + away. A number of them are championship golf courses and designed by some of the prolific names in golf. There is a state park, again not too far away, there is also a winery where you can taste and buy the wine. Off the beaten track, there are a number of places to visit, if you want a break from the theme parks. Just ask, I will be only too pleased to offer advice on where to go. Gulf Beaches are approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive, again I can recommend our favourites.
Facilities
Estate Amenities, communal pool, tennis courts, basketball, volley ball, kiddies play areas. Over 30 golf courses within 30 mins.drive. About 5 minutes drive away there is Champions Gate, a PGA Championship Golf Course designed by Greg Norman. On the 27 heading just pas the I4 turn off there is a brand new shopping area, housing Best Buy, Pet Mart, Michaels for the hobby crafter. Plenty of eating places. 11 miles to Disneys main entrance . 5 minutes drive away on the 27 there is a 24 hour supermarket, Chinese, Italian Restaurants. MacDonalds. Air Boat Rides, Fishing, Water Sports Within 20 to 80 minutes driving distance you can find all of these other attractions: MGM Studios, Busch Gardens, Islands of Adventure , Seaworld, Universal Studios, Watermania. At Downtown Disney Cirque Du Soleil. Disney's Animal Kingdom, Gatorland (which I can recommend) , Kennedy Space Center, Wet n’Wild and Pleasure Island.
Activities
In old town Kissimmee there is fun fair, bungee jumping (not for the feint hearted), on particular days of the week there are classic cars shown here.
There is plenty to do and see, it might be an idea to pop into the visitors bureau, I am sure they will offer advice on where to go and what to see.
If you are on a budget, there really is plenty to see and do and it does not cost anything but perhaps a car ride.
Beaches on the gulf coast "St. Petersberg" approx. 90 mins. drive. There is something for everyone.

Rates are depending on occupancy levels and seasons. From £495 per week to £550 per week. Payment in GBP £. Pool Heating optional, but recommended between October - April at a cost of £75 per week. Non refundable Booking deposit of £150 per week of booking or part thereof, this will secure the dates required. Refundable security deposit of £150 required to cover any damages that may occur during our guests stay, normally refunded within 21 days of departure. The full balance is due in our possession no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival. Payments accepted by credit/debit card through paypal, this will incur a charge of approx. 4% We also accept bank transfer payments. We accept sterling cheques, bank clearance required.
