Located just 10 minutes drive from Disney and 5 minutes from the nearest golf course in the quiet backwater of Grand Reserve, we believe our home has all the ingredients to make your Florida vacation unforgettable. Our villa constructed in 2003 comprises 2078 sq. ft. of living accommodation offering 4 large bedrooms, (master en-suite), a family bathroom, 2 lounges, a large family kitchen with breakfast nook, 2 dining areas and a 30 ft. heated swimming pool with views across a conservation area. Grand Reserve is a mixed residential and holiday villa development. As a consequence it is likely that you will not just be meeting other holiday makers but resident Americans whom we consider our second set of neighbours. You never know one of them may invite you around for a BBQ! 
 
Just opposite the community entrance you will find a Gas Station which offers take away Fish and Chips and also has a line of favorite English foods. The Champions Gate development of shops which contains a supermarket and a McDonalds as well as a very nice Chinese, is a 5 Min. drive away. 
 
Nearby is the newly constructed community of Champions Gate which has 2 championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman. If you like your golf you will no doubt be interested in playing on courses designed by Jack Nicklaus or maybe Tom Watson. Or you may prefer to play the course designed by Arnold Palmer! Whatever your preference, the nearby Reunion Resort has them all. 
 
Accessing the villa could not be easier from the nearest international airports with Orlando International being approximately a 30 min. drive away and Tampa being within 50 min. drive along the I 4 interstate highway. Both the Gulf and the Atlantic Coasts are within an hour's drive along the well developed highway network. The location is therefore ideal for exploring further afield and accessing such attractions as Bush Gardens in Tampa and Cape Canaveral where the space shuttle is launched.

The villa accommodates up to 8 persons in 4 large bedrooms. The accommodation is arranged as 2 doubles and 2 twin rooms. The villa could therefore easily be shared by 2 family groups or provide plenty of space for a couple or a small group who prefer their own space.

The villa is located just 10 minutes from Disney with its theme parks, water parks and night entertainment facilities. It is also located just 5 minutes from several championship golf courses such as Championsgate and Renunion. Universal Studios and Seaworld are only 20 minutes away as are the other facilities and shopping at International Drive. 
 
The property is less than 1 hour's drive from either the Gulf or Atlantic coasts so a day trip to the beach is an easy option.

OUR PRICES INCLUDE POOL HEAT AT ALL TIMES OF YEAR! 1. Reservation Fee; A reservation fee of £50 per week or part week is payable upon booking the villa. This is deducted from the balance of the holiday cost. 2. Deposit; A security deposit of £200 is payable upon payment of the balance for the villa (see '3' below). The cost of dealing with any damage to the villa occurring during your stay will be deducted from this deposit and the remainder will be returned. Copies of receipts will be provided if requested. 3. Full payment of the balance for your stay will be required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please make cheques payable to M. Cole. 4. Return of Deposit; Your deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of your stay, subject to '2' above. 5. We accept payment either by Sterling cheque, wire transfer to our US account (in Dollars) or via credit card using Paypal.
