Bridgeford Crossing at Davenport is mid way between the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts. You will find it hard to choose which to visit so why not spend a day at each, both about an hour drive to Daytona Beach on the East Coast or Clearwater on the Gulf Coast. Why not enjoy the beach and watch the Space Shuttle Launch at Titusville. A once in a lifetime spectacular, Don't miss it!

Low Season Price : £640
High Season Price : £820 per Week

Deposit (non refundable)of £150.00 per week or part of, when making a booking is required

Pool Heat (recommended Oct - May) £15.00 per day.

There is no Minimum stay but under 5 nights has a £75.00 supplement.

There is a (refundable) £200.00 security payment due with final inv. This will be refunded within 21 days of your return from your vacation and after our management co has inspected the villa

Cancellation Charges:
56 days or more - deposit only
28-55 days - 50% of renatl costs
within 28 days - 100% of rental costs
Cancellations must be in writing

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, ie the villa is uninhabitable or circumstances beyond our control, all monies will be repaid, However our management Co will seek to relocate you to a villa of similar or superior standard
