It's a beautiful three bedroom, two bath home, in a community with tennis courts and a four hundred acre lake with fishing pier, nine hole golf course and lakeside park with barbeques and picnic tables as well as huge resort style pool and children's playground. It is beautifully furnished to a superior standard.

A fully equipped kitchen, with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all cookware and crockery features a large eating area and there is also a separate formal dining room. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer and an attached two car garage. All linens and towels, including beach towels are provided

The master suite features a King size bed with luxury en-suite bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom and den have two twins. In addition to a queen sleeper sofa.

In addition to being minutes from Disney, this home provides quick access to major highways leading to all of central Florida's attractions

I just wanted to tell you again how great it was to rent your home. I didn't get to sign the guest book (I had planned on doing it, but ran out of time). You were right about not wanting to stay at a hotel ever again. We got very used to the comfort of having a house with our own privacy and all the space. The hotel we had reserved in Miami was really something else, so we ended up getting another one, which was, of course, more expensive.
We would love to stay at your vacation home again and I have already recommended the place to friends and family!

We stayed the first week in July for the second time. We love the home and it is a wonderful and comfortable place to come back to after spending hours in the parks. My two children loved the home as well. Loretta is one of the few honest and pleasant individuals that I have worked with. She will try to accommodate your special needs as well. You will certainly not go wrong with this home.

This home is VERY clean and free of mildew and mold. We clean our properties personally so we can guarantee it. Carpets are clean! Just 5 miles from Disney or 1/4 mile from Disney makes this location an ideal place to stay to visit all the parks or attractions.

Disney parks are within 5 miles of the property. The community has tennis courts, playground, community pool that over looks a 400 acre lake and a very nice fishing pier.

Shopping is within 5 minutes and several sit down restaurants are also 5-10 minutes away.

Gulf or ocean side is within an hour and the Space Center is just over an hour away.

Whatever you wish to do it is all centrally located to our area.

Horse riding sables are close by and a children's petting zoo.

Deposit of $350 is due upon booking and can be paid by credit card or just held with a credit card until a personal check arrives. If you cancel for any reason you will loose your deposit, if you cancel 2-3 weeks prior to arrival you will loose half of your rental, plus tax. If you cancel 1 week prior to arrival you will loose your entire rental, plus tax. If your booking is monthly or over a holiday the cancellation fee will change. If you have any worries travel insurance would be recommended.
