Vacation Rental Description
Situated on the US 27 between Highway 192 and Interstate 4 at Champions Gate, Calabay Parc is ideally situated for convenient access to all major attractions, restaurants and shopping. Nearby you will find Berry Town Center with Publix Supermarket, a bank and a selection of restaurants and takeaways. Slightly further south there is the new Posner Park Retail Development with a large selection of stores including JC Penney, Super Target and Dicks' Sporting goods to name but a few. There is also a Walmart nearby and a Walgreens Pharmacy.

Our home is furnished to the highest standard with many upgrades and can comfortably accommodate six people, however is fully licensed to sleep a maximum of eight with the use of the pull down sofa in the lounge.Â

ENTRANCE HALLWAY This gives direct access to the lounge with separate access to the utility room(with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board)and games room.

LOUNGE The lounge is comfortably furnished with a three seat and two seat sofa and chair, 37" Cable TV with DVD, PS2 with a selection of games, coffee table and side tables with lamps and ceilling fan. Access can be gained from the lounge to the pool area via patio doors.

KITCHEN The modern kitchen is fully fitted and is equipped with everything you will need to prepare a family meal or light snack. There is a stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice machine, microwave, waste disposal, coffee maker and kettle

DINING AREA There is a dining table with six chairs and overlooks the pool area.

MASTER BEDROOM Our luxurious master bedroom has a sumptuous king size bed, two night stands with lamps, large dresser with mirror, cable TV and ceilling fan. There is a large ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower, toilet, vanity units with his & hers sinks and hair dryer. The walk in closet is very generous offering plenty of storage space. The master bedroom is located to the rear of the home and again has direct access to the pool area.

BEDROOM 2 This double bedroom is tastefully decorated with two night stands with lamps, large dresser with mirror, cable TV and walk in closet.Â

BEDROOM 3 The third bedroom offers two single beds, night stand with lamp, further chest of drawers, cable TV and walk in closet.

FAMILY BATHROOM The family bathroom is located in the corridor between bedrooms two and three and has toilet, bath, shower, vanity unit, hairdryer, closet with ample towels.

GAMES ROOM The games room has a quality eight foot pool table and air hockey. The perfect place to relax and have some good old family entertainment.Â

POOL The extended pool deck is southeast facing and catches sun all day. There is a spa and lanai to provide shade from the Florida sun, if required. The pool area is fully furnished with table and chairs and sun loungers. There is also a gas barbeque grill for your enjoyment. There is also a child safety fence providing some peace of mind for parents of young children. The perfect area for dining alfresco.

For our younger guests we provide free use of travel cot, high chair and stroller and all external doors are alarmed.

    A deposit of £125 per week is required at the time of booking with the balance being due in full ten weeks prior to arrival at the villa. A security deposit of £200 is also required and will be returned immediately upon our management company confirming there have been no breakages or damage to our home.
