Bahama Bay is a luxury Resort within a Gated Community, offering upscale Florida living. It is an impressive development which echoes the architecture of the Bahamas and is fully landscaped, nestling on the shores of Lake Davenport. It seems quiet and distant but yet its just 10 minutes drive to Walt Disney World and 30 minutes from Universal Studios.  
 
Our ground floor apartment hosts a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one King, one Queen and one Twin) two bathrooms (one en suite to Master Bedroom), 2 private screened patios (one off Master Bedroom) and spacious living and dining areas; it also has cable TVs, DVD and CD players, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer, a microwave and coffee machine. All bed linens and towels are provided and a room cleaning service is available if required. 
 
We are situated in a quiet part of the Resort by the Lakeside Pool and Jacuzzi, which also encompasses a Pagoda (where the Wedding Ceremonies take place), Cabanas (on the beach), a fishing dock and Volleyball net. Mambos, the poolside bar and grille, is also located here - perfect for a cooled refreshing drink whilst lounging by the pool! Tradewinds Restaurant is also here, as is Flip Flops, the place for Ice Creams etc! The Nature Trail is close by too - a perfect way to start your day is to walk round the nature trail whilst watching the sun rise and the hot air balloons overhead.

I work with my neighbour and other owners on the Resort also so if more than one Condo is required, I am happy to help! There are also some onsite eateries! Mambo's - Enjoy homemade pizzas, burgers and snacks at the poolside on a sunny day. Friendly and relaxed service along with great food makes this poolside grille a ‘must do’. Tradewinds - located at the lakeside, just a minute’s walk from your doorstep, offers guests a beautiful view of Lake Davenport. There are daily breakfast buffets, lunches and a full dinner menu. Reservations are recommended. Bahama Bay Pizza Express - Bahama Bay Pizza Express offers this new service exclusively for Resort Guests. The are cooked on-site, and can be ordered direct to your door – they are yummy!! Marketplace Gift Shop & Deli - The Ice Cream and Gift Shop (again located by the Lake) offers a variety of grocery items such as milk, juice, bread, snacks, beverages and fresh fruit.

We take £200 deposit (approx $400) and you can either 'drip feed' your payments monthly or pay the balance in full 6 weeks before you travel. There is a cleaning fee of $65US plus tax payable at Reception. If you have to cancel and rebook then you don't have to pay anything for this as long as it is within a year - after that the deposit is non-refundable or transferable.
