VILLA ROSA is set on the tree lined community of Silver Creek, with walks around the lake and a childrens play area.
Within a short drive there are many restaurants to suit all tastes and a Walmart Supercentre only 5 minutes away for all your bargains.
Our villa has 2 master bedrooms both with ensuites, and 2 twin bedrooms with one in a Finding Nemo theme.There is also a 3rd bathroom and downstairs cloakroom.
There is a large living area and separate dining area with a fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room for all your laundry needs.
The property is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans for additional comfort and of course there is a covered patio and private screened pool and spa. The fully equipped modern kitchen has all the features you would expect ie. oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher,fridge/freezer and all the utensils you will need.
Outside, your own private swimming pool is enhanced with the addition of a Jacuzzi, and is fully screened with underwater lighting.
Our villa is fully licensed and maintained to a high standard through our local agent who is English. The house has a fully monitored alarm system. Amenities include pool table, Fussball table and PS2 with games plus high speed wireless internet access free for guests to use.
In the local area you will find many golf courses such as Legends, balloon rides, gliding and other outdoor pursuits.
Busch Gardens, the lovely beaches on the Gulf coast, Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach and historic St. Augustine plus many more are all within easy reach.
