Master suite: King size bed set and its own entertaiment area with a 26" LCD TV and DVD player, 2 chaise lounge chairs, Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower, extra large walk-in closet.

Second master: Queen size bed, a 19'' LCD TV, and a spacious closet.

2 Kids Rooms: Double/single bunkbeds (that sleep 3 comfortably), 19'' LCD TV, Playstation with games, board games, walk in closets, bed rail.

Screened in, heated pool and spa: safety fence separating the pool from the pool deck, lounge chairs, patio set, separate controls for the spa to be heated independantly from the pool.

Other amenities included: Wireless internet and North American long distance calls, air conditioning, security system, beach towels, hair dryers, alarm clocks, all linens and every-day dishes as well as plastic dishes for the pool area, laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. For kids: stroller, playpen, baby monitor, baby gate.

				Low Season Price:	$119 per Day
				High Season Price:	$139 per Day

US$833/wk low season, US$973/wk high season, taxes included. Pool heat is an additional $20/day and is recommended November to March. $250 Reservation Deposit required at time of booking. The Booking Fee is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you are unable to stay at our home, the Deposit/Booking Fee will be refunded at the following rate: • 60+ days: the Reservation Deposit is forfeited • 30 - 60: loss of deposit and 50% of booking fee • less than 30 days: loss of deposit and 100% of booking fee • A written cancellation is required The Reservation Deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days upon receiving a satisfactory report from the Property Manager. Payments can be made by personal cheque, credit card, or PayPal. Personal cheques must clear before a booking is confirmed. PayPal and credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.
