This Beautifully Furnished Luxury 4 Bedroom Lake View Home is situated on Sunrise Lakes in Clermont, a highly sought after Community, just 10 minutes from the Disney Parks and 30 minutes from Universal/Islands of Adventure.
Off of the 192 West, 1 mile North on US 27 and 20 minutes from the I4.
All Rooms are Fully Air Conditioned.
The Pool Area
SW facing 28' x 14' Heated Pool, Spa for 6 and extended Deck for all day sunshine, overlooking the lake, including sun beds, umbrella & seating - a lovely spot to watch the Sunset after a hard day at the Parks or Shopping, or to spend a day relaxing and chilling out (a removable child safety fence for around the pool to protect the little ones is also available) You will also find a number of inflatables, dive sticks & floats in the garage for use in the pool. Both houses either side have obscure privacy screen meaning you are not overlooked in the pool area.
Please note no BBQs are allowed in the pool area or on the deck.
The Villa:
The Ground Floor consists of:
Covered Porch leading to front door, with a tiled Entrance area as you enter the house.
Large Kitchen area with telephone, range cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, big fridge/freezer with built in ice maker, dishwasher, twin sink with waste disposal unit, electric and/or range kettles, coffee maker, blender, toaster and everything else you would need - just like home. Floating island to eat an informal breakfast or dinner at.
Bathroom with w.c and sink.
A separate Laundry Room with washer/dryer/iron/ironing board, leading to the large 2 car Garage with remote opening door.
A Family Lounge with carpeted floor, comfy seating, ceiling fan, 46" LCD widescreen Digital cable HDTV,DVD & PS2, overlooking the pool and lake.
A carpeted Formal Dining area with relaxing sofa and ceiling fan.
The First Floor consists of:
Master Bedroom with en-suite overlooking the pool and lake with King sized bed, ceiling fan, telephone, cable TV, huge walk in closet with built in safe. The en-suite comprises oval tub, separate shower, w.c and twin vanity unit sinks, hair dryer.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, telephone, cable TV, built-in wardrobe.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin beds, cable TV and built-in wardrobes.
All Bedrooms are carpeted and have LCD alarm clocks.
The Family Bathroom has a tiled floor with bath/shower, w.c, twin vanity unit sinks, hair dryer.
