The villa is located in an area with 100's of orange trees, and guests are welcome to help themselves to the fruit so you can have the freshest OJ for breakfast!! The villa features a stunning heated pool and spa with ample deck and lanai area with plentyful poolside furniture. The pool is protected by a child safety fence. The pool can be accessed from the family room, master bedroom and the pool bathroom and can be viewed from all main living areas, ideal for keeping a safe eye on the kids.

Only 8 mins from Disney's main gates and close to shops and restaurants including a 24-hour Wal-Mart. Our vacation home is 7 minutes away from the beautiful Lake Louisa State Park, which is great for a day out and a well kept secret - you can swim in the lake, have a bbq there, on the provided grills and experience the counryside. There are rangers there to inform you all about the area and what to watch out for.

A fully fitted games room including an 8ft slate bed pool table, electronic dart board, foosball table and ball pit house for younger guests.
TVs in all bedrooms. A large TV and DVD player (with a selection of movies) in the family living room. TV and DVD player in the Master Suite and Den. The TVs receive cable television giving you a huge selection of channels to watch.

We are certain you will be very happy and comfortable in our villa and we can provide you with genuine references from previous guests, many of which return time and time again.

We provide Welcome Grocery Packs in the villa for all stays over 7 nights or more, so you can relax on arrival with a lovely cup of English tea or a cold juice without having to find the local Wal-Mart imediately!

We are always available to our guests to answer any questions, by email or telephone, you may have before or during your holiday and have 2 staff located in the area to help guests while in Florida should they require anything. Our main aim is to ensure you have a great stay and leave wanting to come back!
