Our villa is located on the much sought after and beautiful ‘up-market’ community Of Orange Tree just 8 miles from Disney Main Gate and a short drive from all the other Orlando Attractions. With easy access to the main Florida Highways  
 
Orlando International, Sanford and Tampa Airports are all an easy drive away. Both Gulf and Atlantic Coast beaches can be reached in about one hour.  
Several excellent Golf Courses, State Park and shops are also close-by  
 
THE GROVES Dream Villa’ is a single storey 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom fully air-conditioned home on the prestigious community of ORANGE TREE.  
 
ALL THES EXTRAS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

This [spacious villa] is larger than some 4 bed / 3 bath villas and has been built on a premium plot which backs onto an orange grove (instead of other properties) and the pool and spa areas face South Westerly capturing the Florida sunshine from early morning until dusk.  
 
There are 2,037 sq ft of air conditioned living space and an extensive external covered area and lanai. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, all furnished to an extraordinarily high standard, thus providing a luxury environment in which to relax. 
 
[BEDROOMS] The Master Bedroom accommodates a beautiful [King size sliegh bed],[computer with internt] and [cable TV]. There is a lovely view through the patio doors to the superb [30ft X 15ft pool] and patio area. There are large his and hers walk in closets, leading to the exquisite en-suite bathroom with a large corner shower, bathtub, two separate handbasins and w.c. 
 
The second Master bedroom has a [Queen Size bed],[cable TV] and the view from the window is onto the Orange Grove. It also has its own en-suite bathroom and large closet. 
 
There are two further twin bedrooms each accommodating two single beds [one with a play station 2] and both have [cable TV]. These rooms have a shared bathroom. 
[DINING AREAS] The formal dining room is an ideal place to enjoy your evening after your visits to the parks and attractions of Orlando. 
 
There may be times when you will prefer to use one of the two less formal areas to eat. There is the nook furnished with table and chairs, which has another set of patio doors leading to the pool area and finally there is the [large lanai] which is also equipped with table and chairs. 
 
[FAMILY ROOM] The spacious family room is great for spending time with the family. There are views through the third set of patio doors onto the pool and patio area. You will find all of the comforts of home available for your use including a [50''Flat Screen TV] a [stereo system] and a [Play Station 2]. 
 
[LIVING ROOM] It is the perfect place to relax.  
 
[GAMES ROOM] Our games room is not to be missed. We have 7' Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Fuss ball, Air Hockey and a three in one games table. 
 
[POOL and SPA] The pool area is [south west facing] AND HAS A PRIVACY FENCE AROUND ALL SIDES and captures the Florida sunshine from dawn until dusk when it sets behind the orange trees. There is a large [30ft x 15ft pool] and a [refreshing spa]. If the sun gets too hot you can sit under the shade of the extensive lanai.

    To secure the dates a deposit of $150 / £100 per week is required. We can accept payment by cheque, electronic transfer to our bank account or by credit card. A £200 / $200 refundable security deposit is also required. This ia payable when the balance payment is due. The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
