Vacation Rental Description
This villa is unique, it has everything. Not only does the villa have exceptional facilities the location is perfect. Unlike most communities in the Orlando area, the High grove Community has the benefit of having everything you need on your doorstep. There are several bars, restaurants, fast-food restaurants and a Wal-mart, all on the doorstep of the community, and has to be seen to be believed. The High grove community also offers guests free use of the larger pool. The villa provides an open-plan feel while pool area has a covered lanai to ensure you can enjoy the shade as well as the sun. There are 2 master bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities. Kids would love this villa, as the games room has lots to do (Pool Table, Lego, PS2, Fussball), whilst one of the 2 twin rooms is themed specially for the young ones. Other facilities are:- high speed WI-fi (just bring your laptop); high chair free of charge, Mp3 docking station; cable TV; PS2; DVD. The exclusive High grove Community has one of the best locations in the Orlando area. High grove is conveniently located on the intersection of 2 main roads in the area (the '192 and Highway '27). The location allows easy access to every attraction in the area, with Disney just 6 miles away and Universal Studios a further few miles away. Ever wanted to leave the car in the evening, and just take a leisurely stroll out for dinner and able to have a drink if you want ? Well now you can ! On the doorsteps of the community there are restaurants, fast food, bars whilst just few hundred metres down the road, there is the Cagan's Crossing shopping plaza. 24 hours Walmart is also conveniently located on the doorsteps of High Grove, it has it all ! The High grove Community itself is a secured gated community, with exclusive amenities for guests. There is a larger size swimming pool, community clubhouse and a kids playground.
High Grove Community: The High Grove Community is one of the most beautiful and unique communities in the orlanda area, with a beauteful meditterrean feel to it. The clubhouse is kept in immaculate condition for guests. Movies are regularly played during the evenings. A pool table is available if you want to challenge your skills against other guests (not forgetting of course there is already a pool table in the villa itself). There is a fitness room for those of you that want to keep your fitness levels up whilst on holiday. The large swimming pool is excellent if you want to do a few longer laps.
Facilities
The property has a dining area. Seats 8. Towels (not for pool area) and bed linen provided. There is a phone with free calls all around USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. The garage has been made into a games room.
Activities
Walking Distance: Most communities in Orlanda require a car for everything, including just getting outside the gates of the community !! Not HighGrove which is small, and our villa is just a few hundred yards from entrance. Within easy Walking Distance there is an abundance of bars, shops and restaurants to suit everyone !! There is an newly opened Irish Bar on the doorsteps of community (but not too close as to disrupt the quiet and relaxing character of High Grove). There is also a Gator's bar, Chillies, Long John Silver within a couple of minutes walk. For the kids and all fast food lovers, you have the choice of McDonald's, Kentucky, Burger King, Taco Bell. The Cagan's Crossing Plaza has several restaurants including Chinese, a traditional American Style restaurant, Caribbean restaurant, bakers, barbers, etc, And not forgetting that there is a 24 hours Wal-Mart also within walking distance (1/4 of a mile)
Disney is only 6 miles.

Fantastic Florida holiday
We purchased our lovely villa in High Grove in Nov '08 and have managed to be almost fully booked throughout 2009. We have taken bookings for 50% of 2010 already!
Since buying the villa we have made a lot of changes including installing 'Florida Glass' around the bottom half of the screen around the pool. This gives added privacy around the pool although not overlooked anyway.
The photos that we use were only taken in Jan '09 so what you see is what to expect on arrival.
We stayed there ourselves for the first time in Aug '09 and had a fantastic family holiday. It was great to leave the car behind some evenings and enjoy a few glasses of wine with dinner. The Irish bar just a few minutes stroll from the villa is fab, very family friendly whether you are eating or just popping in for a cold beer after a long day out!
Gators bar and restaurant is also only a 12 min walk away and our kids loved to eat there.
The villa is only around 6 miles from Disney so a 10 - 15 min drive and you are there for all the fun you can take in.
We are sure that you will love our villa like the satisfied guests we have had in this year!
