This house is located in the Greater Groves subdivision, Clermont on Highway 27. Close to Disney and all the other central Florida attractions. Greater Groves has its own tennis courts and community pool in addition to your own private pool, for your enjoyment. Fully equipped kitchen. TV`s and DVD players in all bedrooms. Hair dryers in all bathrooms. All bed linen and towels supplied. Welcome packs available at additional cost, please ask for details when booking. Attraction tickets delivered to your door at discount prices. Meet and greet at airport if required at additional cost. 24/7 local contact for advice and help through local property management company.

A non refundable deposit of $250.00 will reserve this villa for your vacation. Balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. For bookings of 6 nights or less an additonal cleaning fee of $80.00 will be charged. For bookings of 7 nights or more the cleaning charge is included in the weekly charge.
