				High Season Price:	$1,250 per Week

875-1250USD per week Rentals can start any day of the week. Stays of less than 7 days incur a cleaning charge ($75). Pool heat is optional at $25/per night, and recommended between October and May. Rental rates are payable by check or all major credit cards. A returned check charge of $35.00 will be charged, if applicable. All credit card transactions will incur 4% convenience fee to offset bank charges. $300USD Returnable security deposit applies. All rates, until booking is confirmed, are subject to change without notice. If you wish to make a reservation, please contact and confirm availability. Dates will be held for a period of seven days pending upon receipt of your $300USD/wk deposit.
