FantasyWorld Club Villas, located in Kissimmee, is composed of Mediterranean Style, two story villas. The resort is located on U.S. 192, approximately three (3) miles from Walt Disney World® and is convenient to many of the area's attractions including Sea World®, Universal Studios Orlando®, and Downtown Disney® all within a 15 minute drive. Kissimmee is also close to both the east and west coast of Florida; be on the East Coast beaches or on the Gulf of Mexico beaches within an hour.

The resort's amenities include 3 swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, basketball, convenience store, lobby lounge and pool bar.

Our concierge desk located in the lobby of the resort provides our guests with an array of services for a memorable vacation including: arranging transportation, dinner show reservations, and advance theme park ticket purchases. The units are fully equipped with full kitchens, washers and dryers, TV's and DVDs ; ready for your active Central Florida vacation!

Directions from Orlando International Airport (MCO):

Take the south airport exit (417 South). Take 535 (exit #6) and proceed to the 2nd traffic light and turn left onto S.R. 535. Go approximately 3 miles to Kyngs Heath Rd. (traffic light) and turn right. Fantasyworld Club Villas registration center is approximately 1/4 on the right next to tennis courts.
Directions from North Florida and Georgia:

I-75 South to Florida Turnpike South. Go to I-4 West and continue approximately 4 miles on I-4 West to SR-535 South (Lake Buena Vista - Exit 68) and turn left onto S.R. 535. Go approximately 3 miles to Kyngs Heath Rd. (traffic light) and turn right. Fantasyworld Club Villas registration center is approximately 1/4 on the right next to tennis courts.

Directions from Tampa:

I-4 East to Highway 192 East (Exit 64A). Continue on 192 East for approximately 3 miles to marker 11 (Olive Garden Restaurant) on left. Turn left on Hart Ave., which runs directly into Fantasyworld Club Villas registration center.
Directions from Miami:

I-Florida Turnpike North to Exit 249 (Osceola Parkway) and turn left. Continue on Osceola Parkway. After the toll booth, take the first exit (SR 535) and turn left. Go to Kyngs Heath Rd. and turn right. Fantasyworld Club Villas registration center is approximately 1/4 on the right next to tennis courts.
