This beautiful home is perfectly located close to all the attractions and theme parks that the Orlando area has to offer and especially close to the magic of Disney. Situated on the beautiful Emerald Island Resort and with all its amenities, our guests are sure to have a wonderful holiday.

The home benefits from an oversized south facing pool and deck which measure 14x30ft and 30x40ft respectively. The deck is furnished with sun loungers (5), recliner chairs (2), chairs (8) and two tables. The pool is positioned almost central on the deck which gives plenty of room for sunbathing all around. The spa along with the pool can be heated at an extra cost. For parties with small children, there is a child safety fence on the deck and for extra safety, both patio doors that lead to the deck have child alarms fitted. BBQ grills can be rented at a small cost and can be booked online on our website.
The home itself is fully air conditioned. All bedrooms as well as the living room have cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped including range cooker, fridge/freezer with in door ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and more. There is a table and 4 chairs in kitchen nook and a large table and 6 chairs for more formal dining in the dining room.
The master bedroom has a large American king size bed, matching armoire which houses the TV and DVD player and a large en-suite bathroom with walk in closet, walk in shower, corner bath and double sinks set in marble with large mirror.
The 2nd master with American queen sized bed also has an en suite bathroom with bath and shower over.
The 3rd double room has an American queen size bed with matching furniture and benefits from a shower room directly across the hall.
The 4th and 5th bedrooms both have two single beds in each with matching furniture and share the 4th bathroom which has a bath with shower over.
The games room has a pool table and air hockey and foosball tables.

Additional amenities
All bathrooms have hair dryers and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. Towels, pool towels and bed linen is also provided.
For parties with infants, we also supply push chairs (2), portable cots (2) and a high chair for your use during your stay.
Free Wi-Fi broadband connection for guests who wish to use their laptops or mobile device.

The resort itself benefits from an enviable location being so close to the Disney theme parks and also being a gated community which is manned 24/7 gives additional piece of mind.
The clubhouse itself has a concierge service, gathering room, sauna, fitness room, video games room, “cyber cafe” with 3 PCs, communal pool and spa and also a licensed poolside bar which also serves hot snacks.
Also included on the resort are tennis courts, basketball court, two kids play areas, beach volleyball and nature trail.
Shops and restaurants are only about a mile or so away from the resort.
