Diana & David West, would like to show you the 4 Executive Florida Villas that we actualy own. 
We control all our own bookings and maintenance thereby giving our guests a 1st class service at unbeatable prices. We pride ourselves in guest satisfaction and hope that after looking at our homes you will entrust us with your valued custom at one of our vacation homes 
Our villa prices include all local taxes, linens, towels, and free use of the phone for all local calls. The villa has many upgrades including cable TV with Disney channel, stereo C.D/ tape/ radio, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer with automatic ice maker etc.  
There is an abundance of crockery, pots, pans, plastic ware for outside use and many personal items left for your use, like assorted games, reading books, cassette tapes, local tips etc. 
 
Watch the wildlife on the waterv and in the coservation are as you sip a cool drink from your own private swimming pool, such as Aligators, Egrets, Blue & White Heron, Turtles, also you can Fish in the lake, for Bass, and other varieties of fish 
The pool area is fully extended to make full use of the south facing aspect with sun from sunrise until sunset. There is ample shade for those not wishing the direct rays. The pool is extended and has electric heating (optional). Plenty of relaxers, loungers and chairs are available in this area to while away the days and evenings.  
My wife and I personally chose all the décor themes including a Disney theme twin bedroom, a further double bedroom and 2 bathrooms including both bath and shower.  
The master KING bedroom is extensive and has the full on suite facilities. 
A sitting room / TV lounge/ dining area are all decorated tastefully.  
A washer and dryer are available for your use in the wash room.  
The whole villa is fitted with air conditioning and heating to make you comfortable in any weather.  
The villa is situated only a few minutes from all the attractions and only a mile from highway 192

2.)When a booking has been verbally accepted the client shall pay the specified deposit within 7 days. This deposit is then set against the total due, the balance of which is due 10 weeks before departure date. A receipt showing deposit and balance due will be sent to the client within 14 working days of receipt of the deposit. 4.)A security / breakage deposit of £ 100 will be included on the invoice. This will be refunded to you within 6 weeks, subject to the status report from the management agents in Orlando. 5.)If clients cancel the holiday, or we have to cancel due to the clients failure to pay the balance by the due date then the cancellations are as follows Cancellation received before departure date Cancellation charge More than84 days Deposit only 28 to 84 days 90% of invoice Less than 28 days 100% of invoice All cancellations must be confirmed in writing, and will become effective from the date of receipt.
