Vacation Rental Description
Our Villa has been professionally decorated to a very high standard and provides ample accommodation for 12 to 14 guests. The Villa boasts two Master bedroom suites each with king size bed, walk-in closet, and its own en-suite bathroom. The bathroom in the ground floor Master bedroom has a shower and a country style corner bath. There are 4 additional bedrooms with one king, one queen, and 4 twin beds. The twin bedrooms are decorated with the young generation in mind. All rooms feature walk-in closets providing ample storage. Each bedroom has its own TV, range from 13" to 27".  
 
Free use of BBQ grill and free access to our high speed wireless internet. 
 
There are two family rooms, one with 50" HD plasma TV and one 32". There is a sitting area by the main entrance. All these area equipped with comfortable sofa.  
 
The kitchen is equipped with glass cook-top range, microwave and side-by-side refrigerator. Just about everything that you could need to prepare a family feast or a small snack for the kids is at your disposal. Choose to eat in the formal dining area, which has a pass-through to the kitchen, or in the breakfast nook that looks out onto the pool. 
 
The game room equipped with a 36" TV, a 4' by 9' competition size pool table, and a foos table.

    There is a 13% Florida sales/tourist tax. A deposit of 20% is requested with booking and the balance is due 60 days before rental starts. Stays of less than five days will incur a cleaning charge of $120. Pool heat is optional but recommended between October and April, charged at $150 per week. Rates include the use of our wireless broadband internet access and BBQ Grill. We will discount three and four week stays. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out 10am. This is to allow for cleaning. We are happy to offer a late check out at no charge if we do not have a check-in the day of your departure. Price includes complimentary use of facilities on Emerald Island Resort. (heated pool, spa, sauna, gym, tennis court, 3 PC with broadband Internet)
