There's also a separate lounge area providing extra space, the perfect place for the kids to play --- or that peaceful haven for your get-away. The villa, located on Emerald Island, a resort-styled community only 3 miles away from Walt Disney World, offers you the luxury and privacy of a 24-hour manned gated entrance. The clubhouse is the center of activities with a community pool, spa, gym, steam arcade and Internet access.

    • The gated resort-style community of Emerald Island is an attraction itself. The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, caber Internet room, and a video arcade. There is even a Tiki bar outside on the pool deck, children's playground, a sand volleyball court, tennis center, and a nature trail to enjoy. The aptly named Emerald Island Resort is the latest jewel in the vacation home market. It features an excellent range of facilities (volley ball, swimming, bar, gym, etc.) for all ages and tastes, yet is less than three and a half miles to the Walt Disney World attractions. It is therefore suitable for families or groups of friends who are seeking affordable luxury in an idyllic central location

    The Emerald Island is located off Hwy 192 West at Mile Marker 4 -the closest community to Disney even with shuttle bus service from club house to Disney Theme Parks and Sea World and Universal Studios! You may access to any grocery shopping, restaurants and Formosa Gardens Shopping Mall in one mile which has a good selection of restaurants including TGI Friday, Red Lobster and The Outback Steakhouse to name but a few.  
     
    For any golfers in your party the fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf Club is just a few minutes away. There are many other world renown golf courses designed by golf greats within 30 minutes drive, such as Grand Cypress Golf Club (Jack Nicklaus); Orange County National Golf; Orange Lake Country Club(Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay); Walt Disney World Golf Courses (Pete Dye, Tom Fazio , Joeseph L. Cleaning fee of $145 will be applied for stay of less than 7 nights. For high Seasons and Holidays we will only take a 7 night minimum. booking or more. (Saturday to Saturday for a 7 night booking). Low Season: Minimum Stay: Prefer 7 nights, but fewer may be available but all within the same week. Please ask us. State sales tax 7%, County tax 6% (13% altogether). Deposit and Cancellation Policy These rates at significant savings can be obtained by paying via Cashiers Check, Money Order, Money Transfer or Personal Check (at least 6 weeks prior to start of vacation). refunds on reservation deposits are: 1. More than 3 months prior to arrival: 100% refund 2. 6-12 weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund 3. Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival: Sorry, no refund is available. As to last minute rent, we have another policy, please contact us.
