Welcome to our wonderful Holiday Villa Rental in Disney World Orlando Florida USA ‘Lakeside Haven’, ideally located at the side of Sunset Lakes, less than 4 miles from Disney World.

Relax and unwind beside your very own private swimming pool, which is sheltered by gently swaying palm trees and has stunning views across the lake.

Sunset Lakes is a beautifully manicured, peaceful, gated community, where your children can play safely in the play park and you can get away from the hustle and bustle. Yet we are still only 8 minutes drive to theme parks and less than 2 minutes to a host of shops, restaurants and all the facilities you will need to enjoy your vacation - this is the perfect location.

Our fully air conditioned villa is tastefully decorated in a bright, modern way to reflect the sunshine and natural beauty of Florida. Rent as 3,4 or 5 bedrooms.

The villa has one king size master ensuite bedroom with balcony, a queen bedded suite with patio doors to poolside, and three further twin bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms and a W.C. The villa is well appointed throughout to a high specification.

Sunset Lakes is one of the most sought after locations close to Walt Disney World. Just over a mile from Highway 192 and the Formosa Gardens shopping center with its many shops and restaurants, Sunset Lakes is the perfect spot for your next Florida vacation.

This stunning vacation home is furnished to a high standard with numerous extras that will make your vacation a memorable one. With everything from the latest games consoles to cable television, a fully equipped games room to library of a DVD’s for those relax by the pool days.

Our spacious home has five bedrooms comprising of a king master bedroom, one queen bedroom and three twin bedrooms, providing the ability to sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom; with a further two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The ground floor comprises of one queen bedroom with alarm clock radio, satellite TV, and alarmed patio doors giving access to the pool. One twin bedroom with two beds, one full and one half bathroom. All bedrooms and bathrooms have ample built in wardrobes and all linen, including pool towels are provided.

The family room has access to the pool deck via the alarmed patio doors and includes a DVD player with library of DVD’s, PS2 with a selection of games, TV and stereo. For those wanting a quieter area there is a formal lounge leads to an elegant dining area which seats 6/8 guests.

The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons, which leads to a breakfast dining area with pool view which seats 6 guests. There is a separate utility room with washer, dryer and full ironing facilities. Our villa also includes a monitored alarm system, private safe and high-speed WiFi internet access.

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV, DVD player and full ensuite bathroom. This floor also has two twin rooms.

If you are interested in fishing, fishing is permitted and the big lake is stocked with fish.

All prices quoted are for the property per week & include all state & local taxes. A $200/£100 per week deposit is required to reserve your booking with the final balance, including a refundable $300/£150 security deposit, falling due 12 weeks before departure. Payment by credit card can be accepted via PayPal. Please note that there is a 3.88% charge for this service.

Options & Extras
Pool heat is an extra $170/£85 per week. Pool heating is recommended between October & April.

Additional information
We strongly recommend anyone planning a vacation to take out travel insurance, cancellation, emergency medical care and loss or damage to your posessions.

Lakeside Haven is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted on the pool deck and ashtrays are provided for this purpose. If any guest smokes in the house it will need to be deep cleaned and all extra costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
