Prices do not include 13% tax. We accept credit cards, Paypal and checks. $200 deposit required to reserve the house, fully refundable until 30 days prior to check in. All funds paid 50% refundable until 24 hours prior to check in; 100% refundable if we get replacement booking. Accidental insurance waiver available for $75 or $250 security deposit required.

$100 cleaning added for stays of less than 5 nights.

Pool heat recommended from October to April; available for $140/week or $25/day.
