Five cable tv's (including 42" HD LCD TV in Great Room with hundreds of channels; 26" LCD in main master). Garage converted to Games Room with foosball and air hockey. Free high speed internet.  
 
Pool/Spa area is screen enclosed and includes a covered lanai with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Spa doubles as a kiddie pool. Gas Barbecue grill. 
 
Baby equipment includes portable crib and high chair.

Accidental insurance waiver available for $75 or $250 security deposit required. $100 cleaning added for stays of less than 5 nights. Pool heat recommended from October to April; available for $140/week or $25/day.
