Come stay in our Luxurious, four-bedroom, two-bath, pool home with own private, screened pool and enjoy the atmosphere of the ocean, while being just minutes from Disney! Located in one of central Florida's most-sought-after Resort community of Windsor Palms. Ideally situated for all enjoyment of all the major attractions, only two-and-one-half miles from Walt Disney World and with walking distance to one of Florida's, championship, 18-hole, golf courses. This guarded, gated community and all resort amenities are FREE for the use of our guests. 
 
You will really enjoy the privacy of our home as it backs up to a privacy wall so you do not have back-to-back neighbors. The kids (and adults!) love the game room. 
 
The comforts of home without the high costs of hotels!! The villa is tastefully furnished to the highest standard and tastefully decorated in an ocean theme. The luxurious master bedroom has its own en suite/master bathroom, walk-in closet, remote control cable TV, phone, answering machine, alarm clock, and ceiling fan. The second master bedroom has a full-size bed with adjacent bath and remote control cable TV. The third and fourth bedroom both have two twin beds. The villa is very spacious with a formal dining room and three sofas giving even large parties the option of relaxing after a long day at the parks. 
 
A Private Heated Pool with pool toys is right outside the back door! For your enjoyment the New GAME ROOM has a Billiards/Pool Table, Foosball/Soccer Table, and Electronic Dart Board and seating for all. It's another fun way to keep the children and adults happy on a rainy day or after a day at the parks! The bright and sunny Kitchen with Eating Area has a Microwave, Oven/Range, Dishwasher, Full-size Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice Maker, and is fully equipped with all your cooking needs.  
 
All Bed Linens, Towels, and Beach Towels are included, a High Chair, Stroller and Portable Crib are also provided free of charge, also provided Phone, Air Conditioning, TV, Cable TV, VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Washer, Dryer, and Charcoal Grill (BBQ). 
 
Our management company is on-call 24 hours a day if any concerns should arise during your stay.

Prices are subject to change. Visa and Mastercard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. *A nonrefundable deposit of 250 US Dollars is required to confirm the booking. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure when full payment is required. *We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment has not been received in accordance with the conditions above. Should circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel a booking, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to date and no liability can be accepted.All cancellations by guests must be received in writing and are subject to the following charges 4 to 8 weeks or less before arrival date 50 percent of rental amount. Less than 4 weeks before arrival date 100 percent of rental amount.
