Come and enjoy all the comforts of home, with all the pleasures of being away! Our vacation home has it all.
It comes fully furnished, with everything from utensils to linens. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a great room with tv and vcr, a formal dining room, and a fully equipt eat in kitchen. We are the owners and maintain our home to our very high standards. We also live in the community to be of any assistance to our guest. There is a community park, tennis grounds, walking paths, and playground located in walking distance from the home. The pool is ever so inviting, just outside the back door! Enjoy your pool without 50 other people! The pool overlooks a natural preserve too! Quiet and safe surrounds you. We have many a happy guest stay with us.

Low Season Price : $99
High Season Price : $99 per Day

We require a $250 booking deposit to hold your dates if booked over 30 days. If less than 30 days the full amount would be due at booking.
We also do require a separate, refundable damage deposit of $250, which will be returned upon satisfactory departure inspection.

If cancellation is a neccessity, we will refund the full amount less a $50 booking fee if more than 30 days. If less than 30 days, the full $250 booking deposit is held.

We offer a flat rate, plus the mandatory $13 tourist tax, and $65 Clean Fee. Pool heating is available at $25 per day extra, if required.
