Vacation Rental Description
The townhouse is a very well appointed home, located within 5 minutes drive of the Disney Theme parks. It accomodates 8 people in comfort and is located on the Windsort Hills Resort, a gated holiday home community offering tremendous leisure facilities just a 2 minute walk away. 
 
The townhose is laid out on two floors. Located downstairs is bedroom 3, which contains a double bed (4'6''), fitted wardrobe plus en-suite facilities which include a large, walk-in shower. The en-suite has its own access to the other downstairs accomodation, therefore operating as the toilet/wash-room facility for the house. 
 
The remainder of the downstairs accomodation is open plan and very spacious. There is a kitchen area, fully equiped with all modern facilities. The kitchen is seperated from the living area by a large breakfast bar, which seats 4 people. In the living area there is a dining table which seats a further 4 people. In addition there are two sofas plus one chair, providing plenty of seating to relax in front of the TV, DVD player and games console. 
 
At the back of the house there is a sliding patio door, leading to the outdoor patio and pool area. There are 4 chairs to enable you to relax in the sun or shade. The pool is around 14' by 12' and has a depth of 5' at its deepest point. It can be heated. If requested the heating is operated between 7am and 7pm. There is a security fence that you can use to seperate the pool from the house. In addition there is a bleeper alarm to alert you of any activity around the pool area - both features being useful if you have young children with you during your stay. 
 
The upstairs accomadation consists of the remaining two bedrooms, plus the washer and dryer area which is housed on the landing. 
The master bedroom has a king sized bed (6'), a seperate walk-in wardrobe plus a spacious en-suite with shower over a bath. There is a TV in this room. There is also a portable cot should it be needed. 
The remaining bedroom has twin single (3') beds, a TV, plus en-suite facilities (again, shower over bath).  
 
The property is located on the Windsor Hills holiday resort. Windsor Hills is a gated community with 24 hour security, keeping the resort quiet and exclusive to those staying there. In addition it is superbly located, being only 5 minutes drive away from the main Disney Theme parks. There is a bus service from Windsor Hills to Disney and to Universal, although a car is really a must. 
Windsor Hills itself has great facilities. In the main centre 9just 2 minutes walk from the townhouse) there is a huge swimming pool, sun terrace, fun slide, water jets area, spa pool, table tennis and pool tables. In addition there is a video room, a fitness room, a convenience store, a shaded seating area, access to WiFi. Elsewhere there are tennis courts, a basketball court and mini golf.

    • The townhouse is located on the Windsor Hills holiday resort and has full access to the facilities available. These include a huge pool, waterslide, spa pool, sun terrace, fitness room, table tennis tables, pool tables, video room, convenience shop and WiFi. The townhouse itself sleeps 6 but can easily sleep 8 by utilizing the sofa bed in the living room. All three bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The kitchen is fully equiped and has a large breakfast bar. The living area has a dining table plus twin sofas, TV, DVD player, games console etc. The outside area has a small paved area around the splash pool, which is maximum 1.5m deep by 4.5m wide. The master bedroom has a 6' king sized bed and small dressing room. The childrens room has two single beds. The 3rd bedroom has a regular 4' 6'' double bed.
