The villa comprises of three or four bedrooms: fully furnished to an extremely high standard with wireless Internet access.

The 4-bed villa sleeps up to eight people comfortably.

The master bedroom upstairs being en-suite with double bed, TV/video, phone and has a screened balcony overlooking the pool & spa.

The master bedroom downstairs is also en-suite with double bed, TV/video, phone, reclining chair, fridge, microwave and kettle.

The third bedroom (upstairs) has a double bed and the fourth bedroom (upstairs) has two single beds, these two bedrooms have a shared bathroom.

The living room has two three seater sofa’s one being a double pull out bed and a two seater sofa, cable T.V, DVD recorder, hi-fi/compact disc system, telephone; and is also furnished to an extremely high standard throughout.

There is a kitchen, which is very well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.

There is also a utility area with washing machine, dryer and separate toilet.

The dining area looks out onto a screened patio area there is a sliding patio door for access. The patio overlooks the a quiet community heated pool & spa area.

The 3-bed villa sleeps up to six people comfortably.

The 4-bed villa sleeps up to eight people comfortably.

All bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are included in the rental price.

*Only a short distance away is the fabulous pool area screened with luscious plantings and palms where you can take a dip in the pool or relax in the wonderful hot spa!

The clubhouse is a short walk from the villa and hosts a fitness facility, sauna, cyber café, children’s games room and another pool area with Tiki Bar where you can order refreshing drinks and snacks.

Kids will enjoy the outdoor play area and adults the nature trail, which winds through the community’s natural woodland setting.

RESERVATIONS A nonrefundable deposit of 200 US Dollars or 100 GBP per week booked is required to confirm the booking unless the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure when full payment is required. CANCELLATION POLICY We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment has not been received in accordance with the conditions above. Should circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel a booking, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to date and no liability can be accepted. All cancellations by guests must be received in writing and are subject to the following charges 4 to 8 weeks or less before arrival date 50 percent of rental amount. Less than 4 weeks before arrival date 100 percent of rental amount.
