There is a Large MBR with king bed private bath and jacuzzi garden tub, a 2nd bedroom with two full beds, a second bathroom and tub/shower, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa and large TV and DVD/VCR player, dining area wtih table to seat 8. The private patio is surrounded by gardens and swimming pools. The rental fee covers all amenities and taxes. This is one of the closer units to the Main Clubhouse, tennis and pool complex.     A deposit of 50% is required at time of signing contract and the balance is due at 30 days from check in. No refunds are provided unless the unit can be re-rented. Paypal is accepted which permits the use of Major Credit cards. Personal U.S. checks are also acceptable.

    I live in Georgia with my family. I own a small group of premium timeshare weeks prmarily for personal use. Each year we choose some to use personally and rent the remaining out. Some are fixed weeks and some are floating time or points based, which gives me flexibiliy in getting you the week you want. Because I have already paid the hefty purchase fee on these units up font, I can rent them out for well under market rate and save you hotel taxes. I am not a broker and have only a small inventory. I have not had a disastified customer in my 50-60 transactions over the last 10 years.
