A booking deposit of $200 per week is required to confirm your reservation.
Rates INCLUDE Florida State taxes (13%), and the standard cleaning fee.
A refundable security deposit is required to cover any potential damages or loss (US$275) which will be returned to you within 4 weeks of your departure from my villa.
Pool heat is an optional extra at just $20 per day.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice before that point. Should you wish to rent for a longer term, discounted rates are available.

"We had a great stay at your villa. The master bedroom and bathroom were perfect, the house was nicely furnished and clean, the pool was great. Some things in life absolutely must be done right. So many vacation homes in Florida are owned as a second property, and rented out simply as a bonus for the owners to cover some of the expenses of having a second home in Florida. From my point of view, if I’m offering holiday accommodation, it’s got to be done right - I understand and respect the value of a holiday and for some it may well be their holiday of a lifetime.
I have worked in the US hospitality industry for ten years, and so I set out to make the entire operation as professional and high quality as I could, whilst still offering competitive rates and amenities and relaxed atmosphere. I’ve worked for a number of cruise lines, including Disney, Cunard and Royal Caribbean, and I fully appreciate how much time, effort and money goes into a vacation. I also know how high expectations can be - especially with kids!
My home was always conceived as a vacation rental home and right from the start in January 2006, I set out to make it the best quality vacation home that I could, completely redecorating and refurnishing it throughout. I continue to regularly visit several times a year, taking the opportunity to make continual improvements and carry out any necessary maintenance.
