In the event of cancellation the following charges will normally apply:
6-9 weeks prior 30% of rental charge
4-6 weeks prior 50% of rental charge
Up to 4 weeks prior 100% of rental charge
All cancellations must be made in writing.
In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond the owners control results in the cancellation of the booking the owner or their agent reserves the right to cancel the booking and be liable only to refund any monies already paid by the client.

5 of us stayed in March 2010.We loved it! Beautifully clean and decorated! The pool/spa were superb, the beds were soooo comfy!
Great location, good restaurants. Close to Disney etc.

If you are looking for the perfect plance to stay --The Blue Horizon is the place. Had three couples staying and we had plenty of room....If you want privacy you can also have that with five bedrooms....The pool and hot tub are a plus and well maintained. The location is great...very close to Mickey land.. All your shopping needs are very close by....This is our second time renting the Blue Horizon and will do it again.....Thank you Susan and Dave.....

We had the best ever holiday at Blue Horizon. The villa was very clean tastefully decorated, well equipt fantastic location. The pool was lovely and clean a lovely size. We woke up to hot air balloons floating over the lake. We would say its the best at Sunset Lakes. Thanks D and S

Altogether as advertised, very comfortable, lovely
pool not overlooked, everything in the house
worked correctly. Nice and close to major parks and
shopping but extremely quiet and peaceful. House
is in very good condition and well equipped. The
owner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Highly recommended, we will be back.

This Orlando Pool Home is the largest home on Sunset Lakes, a premier secure gated community located in Kissimmee, Florida.
It has a private south-facing pool, not overlooked by any neighbours, with child safety barrier and alarmed pool/patio doors. It has a games room with foosball, air hockey, darts, card table, fishing rods and bicycles.
It even features an outside kitchen under the lanai, with fridge and gas barbecue.
Sunset lakes is an exclusive gated community situated 3 miles south west of Disney World. This premier development, although only 5/10 minutes drive from ALL THE DISNEY THEME PARKS, is set around two lovely lakes and is surrounded by conservation land.
Our stunning 5 bed, 5 bath villa, 4040 sq feet (3001 heated), overlooks the lake from the pool area and master bedroom balcony, all completely screened; it is south facing, so it gets the sun all day long which is perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset after a long day at the parks. (A veranda offers shade for those who'd prefer!)
The 30' Pool is provided with a safety barrier that can be installed for your child's safety, as well as the exterior doors all alarmed. The property itself is fully alarmed.
Onsite there is a large community swimming pool, a cabana; children's tot lot play area and a Gazebo. Boats, not-powered, are allowed on the lake. Grab a cool drink from the poolside fridge, a chair, and walk about 10 feet behind the house and catch some Bass and Perch . We even provide the fishing rods. Just remember to throw them back in.
