Our beautiful lakeside villa is the perfect location for your dream holiday, so close to the theme parks and attractions yet set in a peaceful private gated community with a stunning lake view. Imagine relaxing with a drink by your own private pool as the sun goes down.

The beautiful south facing swimming pool has a large deck area equipped with quality pool furniture together with table and chairs for dining outside. Also on the deck is a Spa/hot tub and gas BBQ.
On the ground floor we have a family room, formal living/ dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room plus games room with Pool table, Football table and more.

Upstairs the master bedroom has King size bed, TV and DVD. The en suite master bathroom has a walk in closet, large walk in shower and full bath. There are 2 further double bedrooms and two twin rooms on this floor along with 2 further bathrooms. All bedrooms have cable TV and ceiling fans. Free Wifi internet access and local telephone calls.

JUNE to SEPTEMBER - POOL & SPA HEATING would be an additional $75 US / £50 Per Week. Inclusive of TAX

A DEPOSIT of £250 / $400 US would be required at time of booking to reserve your dates with the Balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT of £250 / $400 US will be required at time of full payment.
